Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)

Goldstein Lewin & Co. is registered with the PCAOB. The PCAOB is a private-sector not-for-profit corporation created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, to oversee the auditors of public companies. The PCAOB has been directed to establish auditing and related attestation standards, quality control standards and ethics standards to be used by registered public accounting firms. Our work was recently reviewed by the PCAOB, and the Review team did not identify any performance or quality control issues.

American Institute of Certified Public Accountants

Goldstein Lewin & Co. participated in an independent peer review to assure our clients that we are in full compliance with the elements of quality control described in the statements on Quality Control Standards issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts. Our accounting and auditing practices applicable to non-SEC issuers was recently reviewed and the Review team did not identify any performance or quality control issues.
